PARTE I - Which command would you give to an annoying little brother in each situation?
1. El hermanito tiene ropa sucia. (Come, Habla, Vomita, Lava, Duerme)
     ¡ la ropa!

2. El hermanito siempre te habla cuando quieres llamarle a un amigo. (Piensa, Da, Juega, Lava, Abre)
     ¡ con tus amigos!

3. El hermanito te dice que quiere un vaso de agua. (Limpia, Vomita, Habla, Canta, Come)
     ¡ con mamá y ella te lo va a dar!

4. El hermanito duerme en la cama tuya. (Vuelve, Monta, Baila, Duerme, Habla)
     ¡ a tu cama!

5. El hermanito llora porque tiene miedo de la oscuridad (la noche). (Dibuja, Saca, Enciende, Mira)
     ¡ las luces!


PARTE II - Recognize the difference between a command and a statement.

Not all commands end with an exclamation point. Can you identify which of these sentences are commands?
Type C for Commands and S for Statements

1. Pick up the clothing.
2. He picks up the clothing everyday.
3. You always go to sleep before nine.
4. Go to sleep before nine.
5. Comes mucho chocolate.
6. Come el chocolate o voy a comerlo yo y no vas a poder comerlo.
7. Vuelve antes de las seis, por favor.
8. ¡Nunca vuelves antes de las seis!


PARTE III - Writing


Remember-- Affirmative commands are the same as the usted form.
If there is a change in the usted form, there will be a change in the command too!!
1. Sleep until six. (dormir) hasta las seis.
2. Sweep the floor. (barrer) el suelo.
3. Open your notebook. (abrir) el cuaderno.
4. Think about me. (pensar) en mi.
5. Walk home. (caminar) a casa.
